Just Another Day At the Office

The genius of the corrupt Existing Order is not to be underestimated.

By allowing EVERYTHING to be published on-line, one must search diligently, indeed, inexhaustibly, to find ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR published on-line.

In this manner, the internet siphons off dissent and buries it.

People like myself are permitted to blog on endlessly about the Cosmodemoniac Empire’s daily outrages and, in that way, we blow off steam while effecting no tangible change to the way things are run. The Existing Order remains intact and rakes in another $ 100,000,000,000 while steam-rolling the lives of another 1,000,000 innocents.

Just another day at the office.

Well...

Several points:

1) blowing off steam is necessary, and blogging is a much more selfless outlet than most.

2) blogging focuses the mind. Ones ideas are clarified and distilled thru writing, as with keeping an intellectual journal. But blogging is better than journaling, since your thoughts are shared and disseminated.

3) You can never know how your blog postings will be disseminated. BHO himself could be a fan, you can never know (I hope he is, there could be no better use of his time!!!). Moreover, once you hit the "publish" button, your post is immortal. 100 yrs from now, someone will be able to find your blog and your thoughts. Your traffic these days isn't representative of what it may be in the future.

4)

~~this is true in one sense but not in another. Yes having everything in one place (and soon, thanks to Google, all BOOKS will be online and searchable) does make for a daunting and discouraging corpus. However, SEARCH (or more correctly, INDEXING) allows one to easily find anything, provided the searcher is sufficiently adept at querying. Google "Ghaffar Khan Society" and there you are! Other Queries such as 'Ghaffar Khan hoh ' (no quotes) also yields results (fyi: the 27 oct 2009 post is the highest rated in the Google index). Furthermore, imho, it is far better to be a part of the grand corpus that is our shared, universal, collective unconscious than not. (see point 3)

5) Finally, this reader at least is endlessly edified by your sage words. He disseminates your ideas as widely as possible, and surely your thoughts have SOME effect on dissent and the promotion of Peace.

imho,
